Real research done in Japan
Guava leaves have long been officially listed in Japan as a FOSHU food (Food for Specified Health Uses).
It’s not just “people say it’s good” — there’s real clinical research to back it up.
👨⚕️ One study on patients with type 2 diabetes found that:
Those who drank guava leaf tea before meals had a blood sugar level of 143 mg/dL two hours after eating, compared to 160 mg/dL for those who didn’t drink.
That’s over a 10% drop, with no side effects at all.
